The NinevehGL Forum uses a new concept of "socialized forum" or as we like to say "Tweet Forum".

Here is the deal:
  1. No new registration is required. Just sign in with your Twitter account and authorize the NinevehGL Forum.
  2. Once you’re in, you'll be able to "Follow a Thread", that means every time that thread receive a new post or update you'll receive a mention on your twitter.
  3. Besides, you can enable "Auto Share", then every new post and/or thread you make will be tweeted on your timeline. (By default, auto-share is enabled only for your threads)

Forum Rules:

1. We understand human comunication can become "hot" sometimes. So some insults and bad words ARE allowed. Just don't push too much being an asshole all the time.

2. SPAMMERS are not allowed. There are penalties for this kind of user and they can be banned forever.

3. You can report other users, if you judge necessary. An user reported many times by many people can also be banned forever. However you can also receive penalties for report deliberately for no apparent reason.

If there is a similar thread title, make sure the other one doesn't already have the answer you're looking for.

I have created a simple plane simulator (I have been lazy and used cube.obj until I can find a proper one) and there is some problems with following the plane using the camera. The camera follows the plane when it is moving left and right but when it moves up and down it completely fails. Also I have added a bullet to the plane so it can shoot my target mesh (I have got my own collision idea). However when I shoot the bullet it does not display? I would be grateful if these could be resolved. You can find the XCode project in a zip file at the following address, http://isaacskelton.webs.com/Air Force.zip. Sorry if this code may be a little untidy I was rushing though it because I was exited and did not think of putting in much constant white space.

Hello buddy,

I don't know if I understood your project of if it's just in the very beginning.
So I don't know if I saw the error you described, everything looks a little strange.

Anyway, I'll talk about small things in the code that could make strange behaviors.
1 - The bullet mesh doesn't appear because it was never added to the camera.
2 - You're constantly changing the camera rotation space. Maybe you have one idea of what this property does, however it doesn't work like that. If you want to make small increments in the rotation, no matter the last camera state, use the "rotateRelativeToX:toY:toZ:" instead.
3 - Any of the NGLObject3D methods are animated, if you want to construct animations like UIKit, doing one single command without creating a run loop, use the NGLTween. The tween API was made to make animation in any object with float properties.

Hope this helps.

I have updated my app at this link (same as other)
http://isaacskelton.webs.com/- New Folder/Air Force.zip
But still have the query with the camera; sorry if I didn't explain this before that well but if you notice when you fly left and right the camera stays behind and angled towards the jet. However when I try to fly up or down the camera eventually loses sight of the jet. What I am asking is, how can I be able to have the same effect of the left and right movement where it smoothly follows the jet with the up and down movement.

Finally got my collision detection up and running between the bullet and the target; it makes a explosion when it collides (slightly inaccurate due to fast measurements).
